Freight Guidelines

Free Freight Limit

No standard freight charge on orders over $500 if shipped standard ground freight (TeamTek reserves the right to choose carrier). All orders under $500 will incur shipping charges.

Free Freight Exceptions

Shipments exempt from free freight include, but are not limited to: product type, heavy weight (products weighing over 100 lbs) or oversized shipments, destination (geographical location) and special handling requirements.

Posting and Transmitting to the Website

Except for information that is subject to the TeamTek Wholesale Privacy Policy, TeamTek Wholesale will not treat information you post or transmit to the Website as confidential or proprietary. By sending information to TeamTek Wholesale through the Website (by transmitting, posting, or otherwise), you agree that TeamTek Wholesale may use that information in any way, for any purpose, including TeamTek Wholesale's own commercial purposes, subject only to the TeamTek Wholesale Privacy Policy.

Expedited Freight

All expedited freight services are billed at actual cost.

COD Fee

$10 per COD tag for parcel shipments
$55 per COD tag for freight shipments, or as designated by carrier.

Refused Shipment Charges

$50 charge per refused shipment unless the refusal is based on a TeamTek error.

Shipping Claims

Short Shipments

TeamTek' customer service must be notified within 2 days of the customer receiving the order. Claims made after 2 days of the received date may not be honored.

Damaged Shipments

Customers should thoroughly inspect all cartons for damage before signing for the shipment. This includes palletized freight.

→ Fedex/UPS - Damage/Fallout/Loss

All claims of concealed damage must be reported to TeamTek' customer service within 5 days of receipt. Claims made after 5 days of the received date may not be honored.

All claims of external (visible) damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and notify TeamTek' customer service within 5 days of the refusal.

All claims of concealed damage must be reported to TeamTek' customer service within 5 days of receipt. Claims made after 5 days of the received date may not be honored.

Responsibility

Customer must sign an exception at time of delivery, noting any shortages or damage. If the customer does not note any exceptions at the time of delivery, the request will be denied and TeamTek will not be held responsible.

a) Prepaid / TeamTek Approved Carrier: TeamTek is responsible for freight charge and filing claims with carrier.

b) For 1)Collect Shipments; 2) 3rd Party Billing Shipments; and 3) Shipments made Via Carrier other Than TeamTek Standard Carriers: Customer is responsible for all freight expenses and for filing all claims with carrier.

Customer must report issue within timeframe allotted. If the issue is reported has passed the carriers allotted time, the request will be denied and TeamTek will not be held responsible.
